The liberal gay activists are unrelenting in their effort to find a judge or official in any and every state who will rule that the current legal definition of marriage somehow violates their state constitution, allowing same-sex marriages.

Last night at 5:01pm, so called "gay marriages" started being performed in California for the first time.

A new Quinnipiac Poll released today shows the Florida Marriage Protection Amendment at 58% acceptance statewide. We need the amendment to pass by two more points, or a 60% vote on November 4, 2008.

The California Supreme Court through a raw act of judicial activism, imposed same sex marriage upon the people of California by striking down Proposition 22, a state marriage law similar to Florida's marriage law.
